DiliCakes website is owned and operated by DiliCakes Ltd. By accessing, browsing or using this website and/or purchasing an item on this website, you agree to the terms, conditions and disclaimers herein as amended from time to time. All material on this website is property of DiliCakes and cannot be copied, republished, reproduced, uploaded, modified, transmitted, posted, or distributed in any way without the consent of DiliCakes.

We take all reasonable steps to keep secure any information which we hold about you. Personal information is stored electronically on our computer system. Firewalls, SSL encryption, passwords, anti-virus software and email filters act to protect all our electronic information. We do not store credit card information, we securely submit credit card information to our bank for processing.


  • No orders can be modified within 1 business day of the delivery date
  • Delivery is charged per product and not per address
  • If a date is fully booked, it becomes unavailable on the website. Once a date becomes unavailable we cannot take any more orders for that date
  • If the address given is incorrect, a second delivery fee will be charged to get the order redirected
  • No refunds will be given if the address given is incorrect and we are unable to get hold of the purchaser via one phone call
  • If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, the package will be left in our custom made packaging on the door step, under shelter where possible. Please note that all products are quality checked on arrival, and DiliCakes takes no responsibility for any damages or losses that may occur after delivery, (including but not limited due weather damages, stolen or removed products, damaged products) and no refund will be given. As such, we recommend to deliver to a work place or another place where someone will be home to receive the package (especially in hot or humid days).
  • In the event that a product is damaged during the delivery process, you will be notified as soon as possible and a replacement will be made within 2 business days at DiliCakes expense.
  • If a product is delivered that is wrong (wrong size, colour, flavour, etc) it will be replaced at DiliCakes expense within 2 working days.
  • We deliver on Monday – Fridays. Deliveries are not available on public holidays.
  • We do not allow pick ups
  • We can ensure the date of delivery but not the time. All products are delivered between 9-6pm on weekdays but no specific time can be given. If you require your delivery before a certain time, we recommend getting it sent the day before it’s required.


  • Colour shades may vary to the photos on the website
  • We do offer Gluten Free cupcakes for a small extra charge. Please note that while all care is taken, they are produced on the same surfaces as our gluten containing cupcakes, so may contain traces of gluten.
